since PA has no specified percentage on window tint, you probably will get harrassed with 20. Usually 35 is okay; if you went to court to fight it, it is up to the judge to decide whether 20 is too dark or not. With the B&B, I didn't run into any problems with the cops and sound pollution. Just the neighbors didn't like me when rolling in late at night. When I start up the car in the garage or when I drive in, my whole house would vibrate. PA roads are terrible. During the winter usually the main highways are half decent while all the back roads take forever to plow. If you live in the boonies, a 4x4 is recommended since the Z can't drive too well through 7-10" of snow even with snow tires.
